| Pictorial Directory |
The last time St. James Parish did a pictorial directory was in 2000! It’s time to update pictures and add new members. Our purpose is to build up the family/community spirit of Saint James and have a memento for our parish anniversary celebration. Everyone is encouraged to sign up for a family photo. Everyone who has a picture taken will receive a free 8x10 photo and you will be able to view your proofs immediately. At that point you may also choose to order additional pictures which will be ready in time for Christmas. Only those who have a picture taken will be included in the directory and receive a copy of the directory. Pictures will be taken on the following dates from 2:30-8:00pm (Tuesday-Fridays) and 10:00am-4:00pm (Saturdays) • Tuesday, October 25 - Saturday, October 29 • Tuesday, November 1 - Saturday, November 5 • Tuesday, November 8 - Saturday, November 12 • Tuesday, November 29 - Thursday, December 1 • Saturday, December 3 • December 28 & 29 (for those families who may have children away at college) All pictures will be taken in the Gathering Space. We ask that when you sign up, please allow at least one (1) hour for your appointment. This allows you time to have your picture taken and to look over your proofs. There are 3 ways you can make your appointment: • By calling: 1-877-764-4535 • Log on to: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Av8AyIxfgyJMdHplaU9FWmphVlQwU0ZTaFBWVUloVVE&hl=en_US • Come to the Gathering Space after all Masses September 17/18 or October 1/2 WE NEED YOU! In order for the St. James pictorial directory to work, we are looking for volunteers! We are in need of help to schedule appointments after Mass (the first weekend will be September 18) and to help during photography times in October and November to check families in. If you are willing to help and give of your time, please call Karin at (412)741-6650, extension 310 or Sue at (412)741-6650, extension 315. |
